1．How to order?
Pls send us E-mail or fax copy about your requirement. We shall contact with you as soon as possible.
Usually we deliver goods to the closest sea port of your location. You have to do customs clearance by yourself.
However, we can also send it to your warehouse if necessary.

2．What’s the min. order qty.? and weight?
Minimum order qty. is one twenty feet container. Which is about 40000 pounds, and 66,000square feet.

3．How to pack?
Regular package way is cartons and wooden crates. Cartons can be customed.

4．If possible to supply as per design?
Yes. Pls send us your print, and we shall calculator the needed stone quantity of the project.

5．What’s the lead time? Or how long does it take from place order to receive goods?
In summer time, regular lead time is 7-8weeks to west coast, and 9-10weeks to east coast. In winter time (Dec.-March),
there shall be 2 more weeks besides that.

6．How to transport?
We have contracted forwarder who can transport goods to the nearest sea port of you, or even warehouse of you,
if necessary. We can also cooperate with your appointed forwarder for transportation.
